Fighting has never been foreign to Remoor. The citizens of Remoor have never been concerned with outside troubles, after all; they had enough of their own. For years these troubles were swept underneath tourist grins, and happy words. The region’s dirty secrets were recently drug into the light.
Now, the world may as well have ended. The war between two mighty powers has destroyed everything in its path. Mewtwo, who some from Kanto and Johto might remember, has converted back to his human hating ways.
The other force, the Pravus Corporation, is owned by its multi-millionaire president [and headed by the council]; seeks only power, for themselves. Pravus knows nothing of restraint, and with the powers of science on their side they showed it.
The result ? :
The once beautiful region, packed with life, is now a destroyed mass of abandoned cities, and toxic fogs. Even the brave Nada Citadel is slowly rotting away, corruption and paranoia are slowly tearing its foundations to shreds. The entire region is a museum to the horror of war, and a prime example of Armageddon.
But the region has not drew its final breath quite yet:
The newly created group of the Rangers seeks nothing but to rid the world of Pravus, and return Remoor to its former glory. The group however, is slowly corrupting from the inside out, morphing into a different version of their enemy. To kill a monster, it often takes one, will the rangers become a reflection? Or will they retreat back to the moral high ground?.
The road is long and tough. Where it eventually ends is up to you.
Keenan’s Mega-lo-mart [MALL] The store is located on a street corner in the west part of town. A large 5-story building built out of steel and grey bricks, with a simple sign stretching across its top it is the largest shop in Remoor . This establishment is a relatively cheap store, that specializes in quality brands and low prices, it is mostly used to buy food, and staples such as toilet paper; but holds almost anything. This place also has a basement, where trainer goods, and traveling items can be purchased.
Pizza A‘more This building is perhaps the best place to go for families that are both hungry, and at wits end to entertain kids. In no way does this building try to be invisible--painted with a coat of red, and giant pizza slices, it openly advertises its kid friendly atmosphere. It is also the only place to go if you like old styled cafes.
The Park This luscious piece of heaven, is a sign that even in bad times human kind can flourish. A large square of green stretches miles upon miles in Nada Citadel’s west district. Half taken up by trees, and bike paths, the other half by sandboxes, and toys for the tots. Of course at night--go here and you are asking to be mugged.
The Square This is the unofficial border between the easy to live in, fun district, and what is commonly known as the Business district. The square is simple a giant cobblestone path, with a fountain in the middle. The edges of it are frayed, and it has obviously seen much better times. This is a good place for shady business men to make deals.
Lesterfield's Coffeehouse and Lounge Lesterfield’s Café and Lounge is by far the most attractive place in the Nada Citadel, not by flashy colors and cutesy stuff, but by the atmosphere. The air is sticky with the smell of coffee beans being grinded to a smooth drink, and the embracing camaraderie shared between friends and even strangers. Lesterfield’s Café and Lounge is a medium sized lounge with earth toned colors. The floor is hardwood, while the couches are a soft green and tan color. In the corners there are wrap-around couches with circular surfaced tables before them, in the middle there are two one-person seats parallel to the other for warm, heat-felt conversation between friends.
