Age: 15
Activity Level: Good
Other Characters: None
Basic Character Information:She's a veryfreaky
xXx(DrawnByMe/ColoredByMe)
Name: Genevieve Plasier
Alias: Gennie
Gender: Female<3
Age: Sixteen, but looks and acts a lot order.
Alleigance: Rangers
Position: Breeder
Species: Human
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Hobbies:
- Taking something messy and turning it flawless.
- Baking! Anything with pastries—formal meals are not her cup of tea, but give her flour, eggs, and milk and she’ll bake wonders for you.
- Being in a group. Gennie likes to talk… a lot, and so being in a group is only natural for her, let that group be of people or pokémon, she’ll talk up a storm.
- Playing her guitar—she’s a musician at heart, habitually tapping rhythm in anything solid in sight, but she’s better at it when it comes to playing her instrument—acoustic or electric. From classical strumming to power chords complimented by an amp.
- Dancing! Gennie might have a petit frame/ figure, but she knows how to use her hips ;].
Likes:
- Anything risky. The thrill of putting her life on the line and overcoming everything she puts her mind and heart to is absolutely exhilarating for Gennie. However, even when being risky, she enjoys peace over violence.
- The heat/ beach. Gennie loves to play volleyball, and so that’s the best sport to play in the summer (beach volleyball). Gennie also loves the feeling of the hot sand grains slipping through her toes with every step. However, she is deathly afraid of water, and so swimming isn’t on her schedule.
- Retro/ futuristic styles and places. Anything with flashing lights, the dance floor so cramped everything and everyone is bumping and grinding with their neighbor, loud pounding techno music blaring through the speakers and reverberating to her heart. Pretty much everything Gennie tries to do is heartfelt.
Dislikes:
- Anybody trying to harass people for no reason. Hazing, violence, Pravus.
- Water; the rain. Swimming, Gennie can’t even take baths… (She takes showers, obviously).
- Hospitals. Not necessarily Doctors, but just the place.
Physical Appearance
Information:
Hair Color: Gennie’s hair has been one too many times dyed; however, when she finally stopped the horrible habit, it picked up a unique deep, deep violet red. Her hair reaches her lower-back, just above her hips.
Eye Color: Gennie owns glasses that are rectangular shaped with blue rims, but usually she wears contacts; her eyes are a clear, grey color.
Height: Gennie stands at a whopping 5’2, and will probably not grow anymore. She is satisfied with her height; it lets her hide in tiny places when the authorities come (Haha).
Build: Gennie isn’t too big on sports, the only thing she plays is Volleyball and so her thighs are solid as well as her calves. She doesn’t have any hardcore abs or biceps, actually the opposite. She has slender arms with hardly that many muscles, and her stomach is flat.
Other Appearance Information: Gennie is one for style. She hardly EVER wears anything she finds in one store. Her whole outfit expresses how funky she is—seeing how every article of clothing is bought from different stores. But we’ll keep it simple to the outfit she wears every day…
Let’s start from the top and work our way to her toes:
Gennie is fond of tiny accessories like bracelets and hats, and so the first item to her long list of clothing is her black beanie. The black beanie wraps around her head, covering her thin eyebrows, it also pushes her hair forward, framing her heart-shaped face and covering her right eye from view, but Gennie doesn’t mind the lack of vision.
The beanie then has white rings on the top resembling a target spot. The rim of the beanie—the part of the hat that folds up and covers her eyebrows—is grey instead of black with a yellow smiley pin she bought as a tiny accessory from a side store. Also there are black stripes on the grey part, all around her head.
Now adorning her torso are two major clothing articles. Her pale pink sleeveless stomach shirt that she wears covering her chest since the next article is too tight for her to really wear a bra, which is the black leather zip up vest. The vest is halter cut so it shows the sleeves to her pale pink shirt. On the vest there are two short, fat medical crosses on either side of her chest that are stark white, parallel to the silver zipper. The vest ends right above her navel, and cuts in a V shape hugging her hips. On the back side of the vest is a neon green biohazard symbol.
On her wrists are a bevy of bracelets all colors from hot pink to white, to black to gold. Her right hand has a red fishnet elbow-glove and a black wristwatch.
Gennie’s belt is dark brown leather with tiny holes perfectly placed all around. The same stripes that were on the beanie are located as well on the belt, but only this time the stripes are white. The buckle is a silver, shiny metal with an E and R placed on top of the other (forming what looks like a B) resembling her favorite band: Rants of Eden*. She wears a pale pink tiny, mid-thigh skirt with no specific designs on it , with black spandex reaching to her knees underneath. Her knees are bare, showing her well defined calves, until her ankles where then she wears one orange and one green sock with multi-colored converses.
(Where the emblem is placed on the converses is a rainbow and a geometrical sun; the rays being tiny triangles.)
Personal Related
Information:
Personality: Gennie is a pretty wild and animated character, jumping from one thing to the next, afraid she’ll get too bored if she ponders too hard on one subject. Her spontaneous attitude, as good as it seems, finds her in the deepest of situations with no friends—that’s right, the optimistic girl, happy almost all the time, with no friends? It’s true—pokémon since birth were her only friends.
Gennie usually tries to involve everyone and everything in her activities or conversations. If she doesn’t over hear someone speaking a topic she enjoys and joins in on them, she’ll start something completely random with the next person she sees whether it be someone ten times younger than her or ten times older than her. She’s a very versatile girl, going from quiet places like cafes enjoying a nice cup of coffee and a decent conversation; to going to a club or party, getting hot and sweaty on the dance floor.
Her problem is—as hard as it may seem—is stopping. The poor girl hasn’t had a decent night of sleep since she hit her teen years. Not many people can keep up with her activeness and so she leaves people in the dust most of the time. She tries hard to keep friends and everything, but with her attention deficient and absent-mindedness keeps her on the down-low in everything that’s happening around her. The girl isn’t selfish, but she just forgets to tag up with a few original friends; she always finds herself making new ones, it’s hard to keep up with the old ones.
It wouldn’t be wrong to call Gennie loyal, but her loyalty is mixed with respect for people. If she respects you—she’s loyal to you, if you have no time of day for her, then she wouldn’t be so loyal.
Gennie is an animated character—her words nearly have their own facial expression. She’s open to everyone, but that sometimes can come across as annoying, a nuisance, etc. etc.
--
Gennie typically shies away from the quiet type of folks, afraid they might dampen her day. Instead of being angry at them, she usually is seen being a bit nervous around them, stuttering in words and being more forgetful in the conversation—repeating things she already stated before.
Though if she finds potential in somebody, she’ll take a single interest in them,
History: Born and raised in a pacifist family, Genevieve has always wished to be something more than just a passive girl. She loved the whole idea of being different, and so set that as her life goal. Ever since a small age, Gennie has hoped and dreamed of changing the world (being a “super hero”).
Gennie is an only child, her mother and father two average people wrapped up in the wild business life, her parents having to leave their little girl to fend for herself, which was no problem to the now six-year-old Gennie. Her parents; however, were not convinced with their child’s confidence in keeping herself and the house out of any messy situation, and so bought Gennie her first pokémon: a Totodile.
Gennie fell in love with her pokémon, hugging it, squeezing it, sometimes mistaking it for a doll and dressing it up, but when the Totodile grew and its behavior became more wild yet protective over the girl, Gennie looked at the Totodile as a brother she’s never had. But because of the risky behavior of the Totodile since it was a baby, Gennie named her pokémon Risky.
During those long days of being alone at home Gennie, being the sweet-toothed girl she was/is, taught herself the basics of baking. Yeah, her first attempts of cooking nearly burnt down the house, but she always had Risky there to water it down.
One summer when Gennie’s parents took a business vacation to take time and spend with their daughter, Gennie had one of the most fatal accidents occur to her at the age of seven. Her parents knew how much their child loved the beach, and so surprised Gennie one day with a beach getaway. During the day the water was nice and cool, the weather enjoyable; however, at night, since it was on the coast, the water turned very cold and the weather hit polar opposites drastically. After a few weeks of relaxing, Gennie and her Totodile, Risky, convinced her parents that it’d be okay for them to have their online time, that Risky can take care of Gennie if anything were to happen to her in the ocean—the parents didn’t agree at first, but since Totodile was a water pokémon after all, they gave in.
That night wild gales hit the beach while Gennie was still in the water. It wasn’t her fault, she was happily picking at jelly fishes on the shore line, letting the water crawl up and kiss her ankles, but when the winds started to blow, it made the tides higher and higher to where Gennie tripped on a slick spot in the sand and was carried off, violently, into the ocean. It was a miracle she didn’t hit her head in any of the undertones, but she did get far enough to where the shoreline and the people on it could mimic ants.
Panicking like crazy, Gennie began to flail her arms, screaming for someone to help, and just as the waves pulled her under once more, the girl saw a creature swimming lightning fast her way before everything went black.
When Gennie awoke, she was in the hospital, needles stuck in her arms to give her fluid. She was diagnosed with a horribly weakened immune system, and so was told by the doctors that she had to stay in the hospital for a while before they felt comfortable letting her go. At that time her parents were devastated, nearly blaming Risky for everything that happened, but kept the pokémon for the sake of their daughter knowing if they were to get rid of Gennie’s Risky, they would never hear the end of it.
Gennie was released two weeks later, but still not completely perfect. Actually, right when returning home, in three days Gennie caught a head cold, which her parents tried to treat themselves, but in a few weeks she began to cough blood. Gennie was once again rushed to the hospital, found out she had a slight dose of pneumonia, and was treated on the spot. However, the treatment was everything but cuddly. They had to drain her throat, while awake with a tube, and had to give her a series of vaccines in her arms. The experience gave her paranoia over hospitals as well as over big bodies of water.
Gennie, when being retold the story by her parents and even Risky himself, continued to hold that desire to be a super-hero, and now more than ever, wished of being a pokémon breeder. Gennie held strong opinions on how pokémon helped change the world, and so believing that if she were to help breed them, she’d also be contributing to changing the world. However, there weren’t ANY jobs out there that wanted pokémon breeders, not until the Rangers formed when she turned fifteen.
Now, Gennie lives on her own, she have been living on her own since the age thirteen (Her parents were given promotions, but for them to be granted they had to do some years in a different region). But, for them to agree on this was unlikely; however, Risky had evolved all the way to its third evolution: Feraligatr, and so Gennie’s parents had no reason to be worried with a giant, over sized alligator taking care over their daughter. Also by that time, Gennie caught her first pokémon (besides being given Totodile), a Croagunk she named Bubbles, which she trained very hard (trying to prove a point in being a good breeder/ trainer) to where it evolved.
Gennie has had her experiences with hazing, maybe not as rough as others seeing how she was a girl, but she still had her moments. Recently more than others. She’s sixteen and 5’2’’, many guys take advantage over those details, a bit more sexual hazing than rough housing, but once Gennie would throw a punch (as horribly weak as it was seeing how she didn’t support fighting offensively, but in this case it was for self-defense) they began to act violent back, which brought Bubbles or Risky into the situation either verbally assaulting them (Bubbles) or… well throwing them against a brick wall (Risky).
Gennie hates the feeling of being pathetic, but she can’t help being born on the smaller side, but she can try to help others who feel the same way but can actually do something about it. So now Gennie enlisted with the Rangers, begging eagerly to become a breeder, and once her dream was fulfilled Gennie bred her first pokémon, no new Rangers needed it at the time, and so she was allowed to keep it: a Ghastly.
Characters Pokemon:
i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb85/delitefulriot/Feral.gif [/img]
Name: Risky
Species: Feraligatr
Age: 10 years.
Level: 48
Personality: Risky has been there since the beginning with his owner, Gennie, and because of that has been promoted from pokémon companion, to brother, to father. He’s experienced a roller coaster of emotions while spending time with Gennie, but for one he’s just overly protective, like any brother/ father figure would be over their sister/ daughter. Along with being protective, he treats Gennie as a friend, pestering her to allow him to tag along in spite of his overly large statue; he normally just ends up staying in her room along with Boo.
Naturally, he’s a bored pokémon in desperate search of excitement, so most of the time he’s content with Gennie’s attitude/ nature in general, but usually he’ll entertain himself by trying different growls.
Attacks:
- Slash
- Scary Face
- Hydropump
- Earthquake
- Hyper Beam
- Surf
- Screech
i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb85/delitefulriot/Toxicroak.png [/img]
Name: Bubbles
Species: Toxicroak
Age: 3 (one year spent with Gennie)
Level: 37
Personality: Being the polar opposite of the name “Bubbles”, Toxicroak is a sadistic, morbid pokémon that half the time Gennie has to remind him to keep his manners. He’s still a poison pokémon at heart, loving anything deadly at heart, but he knows his place—especially around Gennie. He’s stubborn, especially towards Gennie, but if there is a hint of worry on her face, or a scratch on her body, he’ll immediately say:
“Okay, who do you want me to kill?”
He’s protective… in the sense, but then again he’s selfish. Half the time Gennie feels that Bubbles pities her, but she’s grateful nonetheless over how he’s willing to do something for her. But for the sake of his attitude, Bubbles is usually the one following Gennie around in public. He hates humans, but he’ll try for Gennie.
Attacks:
- Toxic
- Sludge Bomb
- Swagger
- Sucker Punch
- Nasty Plot
- Strength
i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb85/delitefulriot/Ghastly.png [/img]
Name: Boo
Species: Ghastly
Age: 10 Months
Level: 22
Personality: The newest part to the group, also the only female. Boo is still very childish, usually suddenly appearing out of nowhere and scaring people when she doesn’t mean to. Boo also tends to annoy Risky more than usual, but he puts up with her—Boo respects Risky in a ‘you’re-really-big-and-so-can-eat-me’ kind of way.
Boo has to be the ‘cutest’ out of the three, even though she’s technically not the cute pokémon type. She’s still very new when it comes to the human experiences, usually following Gennie around all the time while she’s in her room, observing most the things she does. For a personality of her own, Boo can be described as observant, childish, and curious.
Attacks:
- Hypnosis
- Lick
- Spite
- Mean Look
- Curse
- Night Shade
((NOTE: Rants of Eden is a made-up band. ))
