Sometimes, the design of clothing she wears is based on the pattern and colours of a Poliwag. Ginny always wears knee length skirts and outfits in pastel colours. Her socks always match. Her thick caramel hair is parted on the right pulled untidily into two pigtails. Her skin is easily tanned and a few freckles adorn her nose and cheeks. Virginia never slouches. She smiles often. There are bruises, scrapes and a variety of scabs scarring her legs from always falling down. She likes wearing flip-flops or strappy sandals so her feet can breathe. Her nails are always kept short because Ginny bites them whenever she ¡s thinking. And she thinks a lot.
Personal Related Information:
Personality: "Optimism is the word of the century, think of the cup as half full." Ginny had grown up Remoor as the bleak place it was, yet it never put her down. She can find time to admire the little things in life. She rarely takes anything for granted. She is... average. She isn't super shy, but she isn't diving in to make friends either. Virginia prefers to keep to herself, but she isn't abjectly staying away from others. Call it odd but she's so normal... she's different. She also has a strong sense of Justice. Even on the playground her classmates had always turned to her for help. Virginia's pretty laid back about life and never let things like arguments or work stress her out. This doesn't mean she's lazy, though, because when the moment calls for it, she will spring into action. If she sets her mind on something, Virginia will keep trying until she gets it.
Though this has little to do with her personality- Virginia isn't the strongest of people. She can hardly get a water bottle open sometimes. While she walks, her eyes tend to wander, to the sky, to her surroundings, and she is no longer aware of where she is going. This causes her to be very clumsy, and often tripping over her own feet in the most crucial moments. She appears unaffected by this or any jeers she receives from people nearby but despite the calm exterior, Virginia is burning with humiliation inside.
History: Virginia could not deny she had a pretty normal, boring past. She had grown up with her biological parents who loved her very much. Her neighbours were gossipy, but didn't nose into her business so she paid them little mind. She had a few close friends who shared her interests, as well as a tiny crush. Ginny liked her quiet life, and had no other desire than to spend her days watching the clouds and playing with Fantasia, the Poliwag she received from her parents for her tenth birthday. This all changed and she began listening to stories her neighbours told. The ones that intrigued her most were the stories of Team Pravus, an organization bent on taking over Remoor for their own selfish purposes. Most of them were clearly exaggerations; Ginny had enough common sense in her head to know so. It was preposterous to think that Pokemorphs existed. The tales of brainwashing were likely taken directly from a sci-fi novel. But there were also stories of band of heroes, the Rangers, who sought true justice. Though the fictional works about Pravus probably were not true, Virginia knew the fighting and the war existed and she made it her goal to join their Ranks.
As soon as she turned thirteen, Virginia and Fanta set out on a journey to their base. They were reluctant to accept her in the beginning. With her scrawny build and scarred legs, she was still treated like a child- which in reality, she still was. To prove herself *Background music plays* Ginny challenged one of the Rangers there to a Pokemon match. It took a total of maybe, oh, I don't know... two seconds and she emerged -music stops abruptly- defeated. Go figure. Unfazed by this, she kept coming back every day with her Poliwag until finally... they had gotten a record of twenty four straight losses. And by then, Fanta was still as determined as Ginny to win. The Rangers saw what determination she had, despite the wimpy exterior and tossed in the towel, earning Virginia and Fanta both a victory and a spot as a Rookie. Hey, it's better than nothing.

Role Playing Sample:
She could remember her protests. "I won¡'t go! I want to stay here with you!" A boarding school, only seeing her parents for a few weeks in the holidays, it was too much to bear. Marie was already feeling homesick and her parents were just in the other room. Her she was, packing up a suitcase with some clothing, sweaters, her toothbrush; she contemplated taking a few stuffed animals with her but shook her head at the thought. "No," Marie muttered to herself. "I-I'm turning over a new leaf- I can be whoever I want to be!" But in fact, it wasn't going to be as easy as she made it out to be. For instance, how about that stutter that was always in her voice when meeting new people? She couldn't start any conversations. Heck, most of the time, she can't even look her parents in the eye when talking normally, but with strangers? That word; strangers, it immediately brought to mind burly men, drunk and offering little kids candy laced with drugs, asking them to go in his car, all those lessons from preschool whirred through her head, showing her five at once in turn. Marie mentally gave herself a kick. "It won't be like that. They'll be my age, maybe younger." But that was even more frightening than the former.
Marie sighed. This was going to be the last time she'd see her parents until like a month. Simply walking down the stairs of her house made her feel sick. "This is the last time I'll hear these stairs creak, feel the cosiness that is my home." Her mom hugged Marie tight. "Don't say that," she said. "It's not like you're leaving forever. Your father wanted me to ay goodbye for him; he's working for longer hours now with the new manager and all. We bought you a going away present." Marie's mom brandished a new, sturdy cage complete with its own rabbit. The girl was at a loss for words. She knew pets were expensive these days, it didn't seem fair that money as going to be spent on something she could buy herself. Marie carefully took the cage from her mother and kissed the rodent through the cage bars. Unexpectedly, tears came to her eyes and she flung her arms around her mother. "I-I don't want to go! It's a scam, mum! There's no such thing as magic! We'll go all the way to France and find nothing!" Marie's mother patted her softly on the back. "We both saw the letter, dear," she said quietly. "Write back often." And with that, she was gently pushed out the door.
