OOC: I apologize for how stupidly long this took.
Seiko walked into this coffee shop with a sluggish step. It was far too early to get up for him, at the bright and early time of noon, after having spent most of the night working on training. They'd been doing a great job, really pushing themselves, and he hadn't wanted to go to bed until he knew they wouldn't get any more. Around five he could barely think to give out orders, and decided to just call it a day. There was no point to doing it if everyone there was dead on their feet. With that, he'd gone to bed.
He had planned on sleeping for quite some time, but when he woke up at eleven, he felt far too tired to do anything else but try and sleep. However, this eluded him. No matter how much he tried, he couldn't go back to sleep, and so, groggily, with much protest from himself, he got up. He couldn't just lay in bed, he hated to do that. For a while, he busied himself getting dressed slowly, and cleaning himself up. However, he could only do that for so long, and after getting dressed, and freshing up, he still felt tired. Thats when he had an idea.
Which brought him here. He wasn't a big drinker of coffee, only mildly interested, but he felt that it would be better than feeling groggy the rest of the day. Taking the rest of his group of Pokemon with him, as they rarely weren't following him, he started out tot he coffee house, and made it there with little to no incident. No seizures or embarrassing falls this time around, which was a relief. Last time he'd nearly fallen on his face on the way there.
Upon entering the store, he walked up to the counter, and ordered a large drink, along with a hot chocolate, and a cookie. Sitting back down at a table outside, as they weren't keen on his pokemon standing around inside the shop, despite their arrangement, he passed the cookie to Anthony, who he'd bought it for, and the hot cocoa to Alexandria. Sipping on his drink, he relaxed, feeling slightly more alert, if only from the warmth of the drink.
Alexandria had been worried when he'd been unable to sleep past eleven. He often skipped out on his sleep, something that she didn't really approve of. He needed his sleep. He worked himself too hard anymore, didn't stop to enjoy things like he used to. Still, it wasn't her place to say anything about this right now. He seemed to relax, be enjoying himself. Maybe yesterday was just to work off his energy. One could only hope. She fumbled with the straw at the same time as thinking this, attempting to somehow use it. Which she gave up halfway. She'd deal with the pesky contraption later. Straws always had been a pain to her, and this time proved to be no exception.
Anthony however, was happily munching on the cookie Seiko had bought him. It was a chocolate chip one, and nice and soft. It took him all of four bites to finish it off however, a sad fact for him. Sighing slightly as he stared at the empty cookie wrapper, he started to look around. Last night had been lots of fun, they'd gotten to practice a bunch, and been able to work really hard too! Anthony just hoped they could keep these sessions up, they were way more fun than what they normally did, which was just laze around. That was boring.
