It was a good clear day. The sun was high up in the sky. The shores of Remoor seemed at peace. The sand was almost shining. The sea's waves moved in a slow, soft and in a graceful way. Not a cloud in the sky. It was gonna be a good day. No rain, no storms, just a perfect beach day.
It was too perfect. Wingull also called wing at times, hated it. This day was boring. The waves did nothing exciting. The sand was even worse. Plus no clouds in the sKy so nothing to hope for. Wingull sat on a make shift nest on a lone tree near the sea. He looked around. He couldnt find another possible playmate around."Wingull" he squaqked out of bored.
Maybe there were humans or pokemon down the beach. He stood up, flapped his wings and took off. Wing soared up into the sky. At a good height where he would be able to see things. Oo look a krabby. A krabby was sure enough down in the sand of the shore. He lowered himself so he could get down with the krabby. The krabby however saw him coming and pinched his pimcers at wingull. It was clear krabby didnt want to play.
Wingull backed off and again took off into the sky. What a mean little thing. Such an uptight thing not wanting to play Wingull thought as he moved on. It would be nice to find something to do. Or find somebody to play with. Mostly a human. Theyre fun to play with. They have such odd shaped heads. Its fun to peck their odd heads. Wingull flew above the shore peering down hoping he could find a playmate.

As it was a nice day out today, Yami decided to get out from Headquarters and into a good ole’ workout, it’s been a while and he felt he had a burst of energy waiting to be unleasehed upon the world. Well not the world but at least the beach. He looked at Sai who gave a satisfied growl after their running match. “I’m not even breaking a sweat! C’mon Sai! Time for some sit-ups and push ups yeah?” he said sitting on the sand. He put his hand under his chin on a thinking position. He took off his shirt to look more like a person who belongs on a sunny beach, though the sand was a bit hot.
“We should build a sand castle! I’ve always wanted to build a huge one. And this one will have a moat so it won’t be destroyed by the current! Let’s go!”
His childish side came into effect as he started to mold sand up into a pile. Sai did what he was and started to kick and dig and pile up sand next to him. Yami looked at his Pokémon, “That’s not a bad idea…Keep it comin’!” he thought as he joined in with his Pokémon by moving the sand to the pile. Yami looked at Sai as the Pokémon looked back at him. They both smiled and laughed at each other and kept on digging unaware of the pile’s growing mass.
Soon it became a grand pile of sediments. Sparkling in the sunlight. Yami jumped into the air with his fist held high. “Woohoo! Look at this thing right here! Let’s get to building now yeah?!” he said and began working on the sides of the castle. Sai looked around and sniffed the air a bit, it smelled like fish. So he went around the giant sand pile and dug his paws into the sand making a deep trail. He walked then to the water a bit so the water could flow from the shore to the castle’s moat. “Nothing is going to stop me from building this castle. And when we’re done we’ll put a flag on it for the visiting children yeah?” Sai nodded and growled in agreement.

Wing slightly squawked. He hoped he would find somebody to play with. He didnt want to go through the entire day alone. He wanted to do something. But this beach. It just wouldnt let him. Plus who knows if the other pokemon wouldnt want to play. Like that mean selfish krabby. He hoped others wouldnt be like that today. But Wingull stopped caring not wanting to think of bad things. He just wanted to look forward to the good.
Whats that? Is that? It is, it is. Its a human. It seemed a pokemon was with the human too. Maybe the pokemon was already his playmate? That sounds even better. Not just one. But two beings to play with. Wingull grew excited. He flapped his wings twice and leaned down.
His body swooped down in a spiral fashion Who should I play with first? As he flew done it grew clear about the pokemons identity. But Wingull has never seen this pokemon before. What was it? Human or New? New or human? Numan or Pew?? New! His thoughts echoed as he flew down fast.
The wind rushed past wingulls feathers."Wingull!" He crowed out loudly for the two to hear. His shadow started to grow on the ground below. Wing circled around the two six feet above the ground."Wingull. Wing, Wingul!" he squawked out. He had no clue what this pokemon was with the human. But he called out Im bored. Lets play. What were they doing in the sand? As a bird he originally has little business with sand. He looked curiously at the sand they were plaing with. Wingull landed on the humans left shoulder."Wing-gull" he said lastly.

Yami looked around as this day seemed to go perfect, the birds were squawking and the waves were rolling and the day couldn't sound anymore like a beach. This was bliss. He continued to detail the sand castle a bit and he stood back to look at it for a minute before getting anymore ideas. Sai looked up to see a shadowy figure circling the area gradually getting smaller and clearer. It was nothing more than a mere Wingull. So Sai ignored it and went back to detailing the walls.
"Woah cool a bird landed on me." Yami said gently petting the Wingull with his hand. Yami was kind with Pokemon well, Pokemon that weren't his to train. Besides that he would train them so hard some would say Pokemon hate him but this wasn't true. His Pokemon love him for giving them a challenge a way to release built up energy.
"So what are you up to little guy you seemed to be bored." he said looking at his shoulder. The little Wingull looked like it was bored enough to land on someone's shoulder. This was rare to Yami, he never encountered a bird Pokemon landing on his shoulder without hopping up to him first. This bird was special.

Must always uses touch things with their hands? That was wingulls thoughts on humans when meeting new things. But then again again he liked to do a certian thing when meeting new things or people. He shifted a bit as the human petted him. Wingull however ignored the humans words now not interested.
Wingull blinked in succession several times. "Wingull! he crowed. He turned his attention to the human he was on. He pecked the boys head. Whats with this hair? He pecked several more times. He looked over at the other pokemon that was with him. "Ugly! he cried out. Looking at the odd pokemon. Wingull has learned how to speak human. But doesnt do it often. "Ugly thing" he cried out once more reffering to the humans pokemon.
Wingulls beak shuffled through his wing feathers in an attempt to clean. His eyes wondered to the sand they were playing with. But whats that theyre doing in the sand? Why were they doing this to the sand? Were they making a nest? But humans dont live in such nests. Their nests were large and made out of something hard. Wingull flapped dwon and walked around and pecking their sand creation.

The Pokémon shifted on his shoulder and as he pecked his head Yami didn’t move quickly because it didn’t hurt him really just the safety of his hair was at stake by the bird. He moved the bird away from his shoulder as it crowed once more. He didn’t know why the Pokémon was acting this way. The Pokémon cried out ‘ugly’ to Sai. Sai’s eyes went to anger and his mood went to a how-dare-you-call-me-ugly mood. He began to charge electricity around his body about to release an attack towards the bird.
Yami took a step back and saw the bird as it began to peck at the sand castle. “Hey! Enough pecking!” he called out to the bird and Sai aimed at the bird about to attack but didn’t want to destroy the castle. Yami looked at Sai and decided to ignore the pestering Wingull. “Sai let’s leave this bird alone yeah? Maybe it’s just bored or hungry.” He said and tossed a Pinap Berry on the ground at the Wingull.
Sai still having the electricity charged in his body followed Yami and they walked down the shore. Yami having his feet walking alongside the incoming waves washing up on shore, he didn’t care to look back at the awkward Pokémon. He didn’t have time to be bothered with such a Pokémon, knowing Sai, he felt the anger Sai wanted to unleash on the Pokémon but he tried to understand the fact it was just a smaller and younger Pokémon. “Just how dare that Wingull! Calling me ugly!” Sai muttered under his breath. Yami looked at him, “Just pay no mind, if it follows we’ll show’em who’s boss. So relax and let your feet relax in the sand.

Wingull was confused why did they leave? Most humans liked to play with wingull. He figured cause most wild pokemon dont come crawling into your lap. Then why did they leave? Could it be? That they didnt like wingull? No thats impossible. Nobody can dislike wingull when he hasnt done anything wrong yet. Many times when wingull calls people names others around start to laugh. Wingull thought that was a good thing for humans.
Why didnt that happen now? He'll just have to find out He hopped around the unfinished sandcastle. Crying out his name. That pokemon with the human was weird. Electricity started to crackle around him. Maybe thats it. He cant control himself so they left to protect wingull. Theyre so nice. But wingull didnt want to leave their niceness alone. He'd have to repay them. How could a a water type do that? Wingull struck an idea.
Wingull flapped his wings and took off into the air. He followed them not too high in the sky. Electric pokemon sometimes communicated by zapping each other. He cant take getting zapped. But he does have an electric move. If he used it on the pokemon maybe their electricity can be at a deadlock and He'll run out of juice. That or his attack could recharge the pokemon to keep it in control.
It was worth a shot. Hed have to do something. He just cant let two new people get away from him and not play."Wingull!" he crowed following them. He looked at the pokemon. Wingulls own body glew bright yellow. Electricity crackled as a shock wave rushed out. Wingull wasnt good at communicating with electricity, but maybe the pokemon would understand what wingull was trying to do.
