Quickly done, I find it quite sloppy (odds are, I'll fix anymore mistakes I may have NOT caught yet. Sorry.
Lips locked together, releasing a humming noise. The vibrations of the jester kept the woman repeating the action. After about five minutes the lips puffed outward - mocking a pout - as carbon dioxide was forced out of the lungs. As if on cue a strand of blond hair flew upward, holding place until the escaped CO2 (with other forms of gases from the lungs) ceased. Once more, that action was replayed over and over again...until, about, five minutes.
Akira could only view the strand's action through glazed over pools. Currently, the lieutenant (for unknown reasons) was sitting in the middle of the hallway of Pravus. Apparently - with close observations - bored to death as well. If one knew Akira; this was not a good thing. The half lidded eyes followed the blond ascend and, once more, descend. Finally, the hair 'stood' still as the lieutenant (once more) grew bored.
"Booooooooored," She moaned. Currently, being alone in the hall, she had lacked grabbing someone's attention. Except for the dim mimic of a 'booored' graced by Akira's own Mime Jr. Which, was perched on the folded knees of the lieutenant. Silence soon fell upon the corridor, leaving the woman to her thoughts. Thoughts soon left to grumbles; lacking ideas of what to do.
A pale hand ranked through blond hair, tugging away any hidden knots. Akira could only count how many snags she caught with such an action. Two. Not bad for just performing a show with Shinji. Her left hand (which was free) was tugged through the left, silky blue, dyed bang.
"Alright, SOMETHING needs to come trotting down that hallway and entertain me...or there's going to be Hell..." As the words fluently left the lips, a faint echoing noise fell down the hollowed corridor. Instantly the woman perked, head cocking to the right to view whom was heading her way. Sure enough, a human was heading her way.
Her muscles let her head (and eyes) follow the male trucking it down the hallway. He wore a standard white coat, goggles resting on top of his head (ruffled hair thanks to the goggles), plaid brown pants and plain shoes. Akira arched her eyebrow seeing as if he was quite in a hurry. He he, if he were to scream "I'm late! I'm late!" I'd think I was Alice~
Suddenly; the thoughts clicked. White coat was a lab coat. Lab coat met smart male. Smart male meant scientist. Scientist meant laboratory. Laboratory meant an interested Akira. An interested Akira was a good thing to have. Her pale, dimly chapped, slim lips held a sudden smirk. Orbs flashed with a deadly interest.
"Good! I found you~!" Leg muscles stretched, allowing the feminine form access to stand (which Mimic copied in a heartbeat). A chuckle graced the lips as the woman began her trailing. Much like a predator after its prey, Akira kept her distance. No need to startle the already disarrayed, young, male. Ironically enough, he found himself sprinting to his destination while Akira simply pranced afterward. The lieutenant only wondered if the science department ever got out, for she was keeping on his trail - and she hardly even broke to a run!
The panting boy came to a halt, causing Akira to automatically freeze up. This gave her chance to observe him, herself. She clicked her tongue off her teeth, enjoying the faint noise it created. Judging by the way he was, a bit untidy, suggested a possible novice? The woman held back one of her dark-hearted chuckles - realizing if he was, indeed, a novice he'd make at least one mistake.
Luckily enough, he did. However, it wasn't THAT bad for the doors would close (odds are) automatically by themselves. Springing forward, the woman dashed to catch the doors. Akira was naturally curious now, wanting to know any information she could get out of people. Odd, as it was, that she wasn't in this very department. Not like she didn't have a mind...she just acted...and acted well. For which, she did have a bit of pride of. How else would one get into contests, after all?!
Her orbs were captivated, to say the least. White coats alike sprinted like rabbits (he he, Alice in Wonderland?) about, yet keeping quite in line. The sight was enough to let the lieutenant smile. So THIS was the department many didn't see (or dared to see)! Beakers, graduated cylinders, anything that was used for experiments cluttered the lab tables. Fire from a few Bunsen burners held their luster, while few scribbled down notes.
"A-absolutely stunning!" Instantly piercing eyes hit her form. Fluttering of eyelashes came from both sides; as Akira and the many forms both questioning one another. As if they were one, Akira was barraged by questions.
"Why are you here!?"
"How did you get here!?!"
"WHO ARE YOU!?!" The main, famous, question.
"Patience!" she screeched. Hands flew up, as the owner found herself in a defensive position. The mind clicked, herself, as she spoke. "All will be answered momentarily!"
A tug came to the lieutenant's white pants. Orbs flickered down, catching the Mime Jr. The lips gave a dim smile as she knelt down, retrieving a paper from the small Pokemon. A quick glance revealed scribbled down chemical equations...apparently the said guy from before had dropped them. Huh, maybe he was a novice after all. Straightening back up, she spoke out;
"I came to deliver this, Mimic has seemed to have picked it up." a pause. "I didn't read it, so no harm done?" I hope...if so~ Oh well! More fun for me~
"GOOD! I found you! Grasp existence, GOD deserted you! Ecstasy crying aloud..." - Torimi Kousuke (as Szayel Aporro Granz); "Science Show" I'm not sure on how accurate on the translation is... xD

Mizu'mii work quietly as ever having her grunt do any work she wouldn't want to do, she was starring closely at the graduated cylinder that was under a small blue flame. It was a clear substance but a small purple liquid of a plasma-like substance, suspended in the clear fluid tossing and turning. She stuck a small silver spoon into the cylinder stirring the purple goo slowly watching it expand a bit. She sat back into her chair and typed a few more sentences into her laptop.
"It's going well, expanding with heat ... contracting with cold? ... "
She dropped a small ice cube into the cylinder. The substance did contract and the density increased surprisingly making the water rise as it sunk closer to the bottom. She turned up the fire and as if on cue it melted, now looking like a lava lamp of some sort. She sighed and went back to the sentence she typed in.
"It's going well, expanding with heat ... contracting with cold? ... " [Yes]
She stretched out and looked at Tsuki who was sitting following some grunts around getting them to work harder. If anything, some of the grunts despised Tsuki for being so bossy. She went back to Mizu'mii and told her a few things going on around the lab. Mizu'mii got up and rubbed her temples a bit as she gazed at the grunts doing their work. Some were on the computers imputing data from the field scientist. Apparently some have spotted new Pokemon, but you can never tell with the lack of them lately. Bill and Bibi were watching the scientists relax and drink coffee in the supply room. Bill entered the room readying his stinger and Bibi came in fluttering madly, as if saying, 'Get up!'. The grunts gasped, one of them ducked to the ground.
"Oh man I hate the Boss's Bug-Pokemon!"
"Why does she let them free in the lab anyways!?!"
"They are here in the lab to watch over slackers like you. Hurry it up! No time to waste let's go! Your work efficiency needs to be at least higher than 65% today you slackers! Or it's bug chow..." Mizu'mii threatened as she entered the room. She was really disappointed in some of the workers but that's why the Bug-Pokemon were guards here. Bibi could easily use Stun Spore or Sleep Powder to stop intruders but mostly to find slackers because for only a special reason Mizu'mii wanted work to be completed that way she can focus the grunts on something big. A grunt came to Mizu'mii holding a piece of paper.
"Here you go Boss. The experiment is working fine see?" She scanned the paper over, most of the marks was green except for one. It was a deep red, crimson almost or maybe a deep ruby color but a dark red meant bad. "What's with his behavior?" she questioned in a serious tone.
"Every time a grunt comes around his tank it seems he gets angry... And I'm too scared to go by and check it out ... Boss..."
"I see..." she turned away and crossed her arms she walked away and as the grunt called out to her again. She turned back at him, "Apparently you don't cherish your life or job, who are you more afraid of me or him?" she said glaring at him with her yellow hues. He stuttered and mumbled softly, "You..." and he rushed back off to his post. She looked down at Tsuki, {Don't you just hate grunts at times? ... } she said in a sassed-tone. Bill came up to Mizu'mii frantically, and Tsuki took off towards the door. Bill explained what happened at that an unauthorized person was in the lab. "Seriously? Ugh...." she trotted along the way to the door and the closer she had gotten the more she heard.
"Why are you here!?"
"How did you get here!?!"
"WHO ARE YOU!?!" The main, famous, question.
"Patience!" ...
Mizu'mii sighed as she saw Bibi angrily stare at the woman and then she looked at Bill, "Make sure that this scientist would go back to his post at once please." Bill saluted and jab the scientist softly to make him move along. The scientist grumbled and then took off, having Bill chase him.
" A parchment for me? One of those grunts probably dropped it. But no matter I give you my gratitude for bringing it back. she spoke in her more formal tone. Bibi stared at the Mime Jr. Tsuki gazed up at the woman she sniffed at the lady's leg and at the Mime Jr.

Blake sighed slightly at his desk, working madly to perfect his experiment into genetic engineering. Things were going well enough, but he was hitting a wall. The precision as always, was the main problem. he had gotten his work to be far more accurate, but he was still dealing with a 30 percent chance of failing. While a lot less dicey than normal, with its random rate of success, it still wasn't good enough. If he really wanted to shine, he had to show the bosses exactly how good he was. And the precision just wasn't happening. It was infuriating, but there was nothing he could do right now, and so with a mighty sigh, he decided to take a break. Even after ten hours of pouring thought o find any mistake, he hadn't found one. Obviously this wasn't working. So, he pushed back, and sighed, watching the chaos. Mizu'mii's pokemon were running rampant, and it was rather funny in all reality.
Of course that was funny because it wasn't happening to him. Only time that he'd actually been dealt with was when he started to pass out in the lab, and they'd had to carry him out. Well, that wasn't quite the point he'd reached yet, but this was the experiment he'd been hoping to use to raise him up to field work. Of course, that would only be temporary, but he needed something, anything, to show that he was better than the rest of the grunts working here. And quite a few of them deserved the title of grunt. While they were all smart, they weren't all, well, driven, and that somewhat irked Blake. If you had the talent use it! Ah well, Pravus wasn't some smart person club, and not all of the scientists were the smartest. Had to take the good with the bad, as usual. Kind of his entire philosophy, considering he had joined Pravus, with their love of war, and totalitarian regimes.
Shaking his thoughts out, he decided to stand up, to get some air, and then heard the sounds of a visitor unexpected. Or maybe more accurately someone unwanted. Smiling to himself, since he always did have a fondness for going where the trouble was, much to Flash's irritation, and since this promised to be at least somewhat interesting, he decided to check it out. Unexpected visitors to the lab were rare, mainly because most Pravus people held a healthy respect, or fear, for the place, depending on who you talked to. Blake honestly couldn't blame them, he wasn't at all sure what went on here, though most of what he did know, would strike fear into the hearts of most people. Walking to the door, where he assumed this was going down, he smiled, wondering when flash would leap out and start following him. Which happened about when he came into view of the group.
Flash, his Luxray, had noticed him absent from his station, and sighed. Probably gone to take a break after deciding everything was hopeless. The problem was, Blake was probably in route to some sort of trouble, and Flash wasn't there. So, he'd ran frantically past the labcoats, navigating the place from experience, and managed to reach him before he got anywhere dangerous. Slowing down and stopping when he was nearly there, he walked up to him, saying "Don't ditch me like that. You knew I was gone, could have waited." Flash wasn't really annoyed, he was used to it, but it would have been nice for once.
Blake shook his head, laughing and saying "Have I ever waited for you? But you do always manage to find me. I don't think I'm a very good ditcher." Flash grumbled slightly, but kept going, while the pair walked over to meet with the people. Mizu was already there, of course, but Blake was more interested in the female next to her. This was definitely someone he hadn't met, and he figured it was best to meet her sometime. Why not now? Apparently she'd brought Mizu something a scientist had dropped, and Blake couldn't help but snort "Hah. Not surprising, most of them couldn't hold onto their own clothing if it wasn't buttoned up." Walking up, he smiled, and said "So who is this?" Normally intruding on a conversation of Mizu'mii's wasn't the best idea, but hey, he wasn't one to think of the best ideas, at least in social interaction.

The crowd's waves of anticipation thickened with each passing second. Muscles didn't relax with having more questions throw into her direction. With a simple twitch of her ankle, the lieutenant's shoes clicked off the lab floor. Resulting in taking a step back, the lieutenant's orbs brilliant colors began to dull. Even though she took a liking to intelligent people (typically men), this all was riding her nerve.
"Back...off," Words spoke through a shut tight mouth. Her right hand flew up, fingers immediately rubbing at her temples. Irritation was laced thickly in her tone. A glimpse revealed several white coats had retreated; allowing the lieutenant breathing room. The clenched canines began retracting, easing tension on the jaw.
Mimic swiftly - as if reading Akira's own mind - followed the lieutenant's motions. Movements mocked the rubbing her head (though rubbing at the hat-like structure instead). Lips traced each word the woman had spoke. Though the irritation was real from the lieutenant, the Mime Jr. only acted out the expressions. Now the Pokemon let her ascended arm drop, letting it hand limp.
Akira had sighed out; enjoying the sudden - though eerie - silence. Silence, the sign of a great threat... As sudden as it came, the muse faded. Crystal blue orbs instant shot open; pupils contracting with shock. Survival instincts struck rapidly as the lieutenant braced herself. The pressure of someone, or something, surged in the woman's veins. It's coming...it's coming--
A ruffling was created as paws hit against the metal, tiling, floors. Swiftly, a few scientists darted out of the way; revealing a Flareon. As Akira released a muffled 'you serious?', the Mime Jr. automatically matched the actions. The lieutenant only gazed at the fire-type, questioning if that was - indeed - what made her instincts reaction so rashly. Yet, the vibe did not cease.
By the time eyes had gazed straight ahead; there stood a woman. Akira could mentally kick herself, already reading the visible note the woman was worlds ahead in strength. Other then feeling like less of a woman, Akira had felt truly short for the first time. Her gaze had to be lifted, seeing as the woman before her towered her. Pools of both had locked; a dark golden-brown haze meeting with erosion causing stare. The all-to-gaze was all Akira needed to confirm she was, indeed, a woman of much power. Could she -- no, she couldn't be - could she? -- the head scientist?
The smirk was kept hidden, not being displayed upon the face. The twisted thoughts began as the lieutenant wanted to play - to attempt to figure out her rank. Her lips dipped down, frowning as the woman commanded the scientists away. Which, with a fluster of its wings, the Pokemon set forth to do so. Half the fun was taken away, seeing that she could be one of the few assistant heads too (that were spoken about in bars).
She perked. Words were ushered fluently, calm, and hold wisdom without needing to give it out. With her statement, Akira instantly caught on. "Oh, yes." She held the paper out eying, a challenge to, the Beautifly that had quite the attitude to deliver such looks. Simply Akira went on with her words; ignoring such a rash behavior. At least her own Beautifly was respectful toward others. Yet, now was not the time to start bickering.
"I believe this is yours." A soft spoken sentence, as the younger woman lifted the paper up.
Mimic released a sound, similar to a giggle, with the approaching of Tsuki. As a child she was, Mimic instantly began returning the sniffing motions. Another wave of laughter was released from the child-Pokemon as the Flareon's fur tickled her chin. Such innocence did not belong in a lab with such serious faces.
"Hah. Not surprising, most of them couldn't hold onto their own clothing if it wasn't buttoned up."
Words grasped the lieutenant's attention; equally doing the same for the Mime Jr. The gaze had landed the woman to a man, whom was daringly venturing toward both women. Akira felt a smirk slip her lips, he was already hitting her liking - or, what one would label a liking (as if only finding him amusing for such a brave act). The lieutenant released a harsh, whispered, "don't" as Mimic dashed her way toward the man.
The tiny Pokemon took a quick look at the Luxray, beaming with curiosity. Yet, the Mime Jr. mimicked the male's walking and posture. Stopping once he came to a halt. With his next words, Mimic instantly mocked in her high voice. Only when a glare was received from the lieutenant did she stop. With a small frown, the Pokemon dashed back to her master's side. Hugging Akira's leg, the mime found herself watching the humans react.
"Who am I? Why I'm me~" A faint chuckle passed the lips."On a serious note, however, I suppose I'm addressed as Akira. Akira Takara." Swiftly, she added."Though I doubt anyone here really cares, Sir."

OOC: I have no muse left because I'm finally fallen to my sickness of aches and pains.
The girl seemed to give Mizu'mii such an oddly stare she didn't know what to assume but she merely raised her eyebrow gently up and looked back at the girl. She knew this woman was of an inferior rank. Intimidation? Perhaps. Mizu'mii had an effect on men and women alike. When the girl spoke about something being hers, she could only chuckle in her head, quickly thinking before speaking. She didn't want to offend the girl much, she wasn't trying to make enemies within Pravus, yet, not yet... color=magenta]"You say that you could have something of mine? Highly irrelevant. It's probably belongs to one of those lazy drones that I have...Nevertheless, I appreciate you for bringing it back here, now I may warn you that this is not a playground and for you to head on out now..."
[/color] she grabbed the paper but gently, not snatching but just taking the paper away. She glanced over it quickly analyzing the data and she shook her head in shame, "These idiots...Highly irresponsible...I have to act like I'm their mother!" she rubbed her temples and handed Tsuki the parchment. " Be a dear and place this on my desk for me please. And if you want you can later burn the grunt who dropped his work, just a tiny bit though sweetie." she said in a commanding tone, it wasn't even a question more or so. She glared over at Blake for a minute, why was he just coming up to strange people who probably wanted to waltz into the Lab stumble on a cord and just so happen to land in a cage and just by coincidence get experimented on without consent of the person or any one in Pravus at that. Well it could happen. Blake should have been stopping intruders since she knew he'd probably be the most capable out of the other lazy drones. She was expecting something from him though, it seemed the scientific department of Pravus was lacking and that would now come back at catching Legendaries. She turned her body more towards facing him, still at an angle from the girl and her Pokemon. Bibi still fluttered in the air and gazed at Mizu'mii before looking at Akira and the Mime Jr. This time Bibi was doing an oddly, awkward stalker-ish stare at the small Pokemon. Unmoving or shifting her eyes. And Tsuki came back bouncing a bit on her paws as she sat next to Mizu'mii staring at the Luxray and back at Blake. "Blake sweetie... she tried to start in a soft tone maybe calling all her scientist grunts 'sweetie' to maybe calm them down. " I need you to try and locate any more legendary, Pokemon. And their locations. I've succeeded in cloning Lugia but I'd rather catch it now. That way Lu-Lu dear has a playmate. she said knowing that her darling clone was wanting to meet Lugia, hoping that Lu-Lu wouldn't want to kill Lugia. But Legendaries meant power, automatically. Blake didn't miss the pantomime the pokemon did of him, even mocking his words, but to Blake, who dealt with most of the experimental pokemon, he was used to unstable personalities. In fact, normal pokemon almost seemed boring in comparison with some of the pokemon he'd met. Not that he was complaining, no, it was nice not to have to make sure your left leg wasn't going to be paralyzed for more than a few days, but still, Blake counted that as fun, even if it did contribute to Flash's paranoia about his safety.
Flash looked at the thing, sizing it up, wondering if it was a threat. It might be, you never know, but it seemed to be well trained by its trainer, and soon was back with it. Well, that was good. He took up his spot in front of Blake's feet, a practical measure to know if he was trying to shift away from him. As well, if anything tried to attack, he'd intercept first. Had to think about these sorts of things when you had to protect Blake. Blake hated to hear it, but Flash knew that if there was trouble, he could count on Blake being there. It was almost amazing really, his ability to get caught in the middle of everything.
Blake heard her reply that she was just her, which almost made him laugh. Almost. She then introduced herself as Akira, and he made a mental note to put her name to memory. Not hard, but it was best to always address someone either by full name, or title in Pravus. People took it as a sign of respect you knew their name, as if they were important, and when they often were a bit unhinged, you induldged these tendancies. "I have to disagree there, I think its very important to know people's names." Blake nodded, and said "Blake Marshall. Though I'm sure you don't need my name." He was a scientist, once he had some pull, maybe people would care. Still, it was proper to give your own name when someone else gave their own.
Mizu then started to talk to him, saying sweetie to him, which sounded out of place to the rather gruff and scary Mizu, and told him that he would be needing to get the DNA of some Legendaries, for cloning purposes. This shocked him, not because he wasn't used to being asked to do stuff of this level. Sure, he'd done some fieldwork, but he wasn't a field scientist, they normally got all the good jobs. "You serious here?" He said, raising an eyebrow. This was definitely something he wanted to jump on, hopefully.
