Blake sighed, head in his hands as he contemplated things. A agonizing decision was laid out before him, made all the worse by the fact he simply didn't know what the correct course of action would be. He was presented two choices in his life, and no place more than here was he more acutely aware of the magnitude of the situation. It was a real question for him, something that was not to be taken lightly. The only problem was he'd taken it far too deeply. The question was whether or not to become a morph, and he wasn't sure what the answer was. Most of him wanted to go though with it, but part of him still warned it was foolish idea, and would change too much of who he was. It could even end up with him not changing the one reason he was doing all this.
Still, the bigger part was adamant on the issue. His anger needed to be controlled, and this was the best way of doing it. He couldn't risk it escaping again, he couldn't risk relapsing into old ways. This would be the way to change things, and the only permanent way to stay out of the horror that he had unleashed willingly upon himself. Such demons were not easily lost, and if was the means to do so, well, in the name of science and his health, he would do it. Besides, he needed to remind himself of his loyalty. He had to do it, to prove it to others and him he was still just as loyal now as ever.
Flash meanwhile, was torn just like Blake, but for decidedly less serious reasons. While Flash liked the debate Blake was having with himself, as he didn't think this wise, he was starting to get tired with how indecisive he was. Sure he would like it if he did indeed back out, but at this rate, he would be forty years old before anything happened. The lack of action was killing him, and he just wanted him to man up and do something, not wax and wane back and forth. Blake sometimes did have trouble being manly. In any sense of that word.
Blake did not know the insult to his masculinity Flash was thinking, but that was okay, because he was more concerned with when Mizu would come here. He had been hoping to see her here, but he was beginning to doubt she'd show up, and for good reason, it was break time. Most Scientists left as soon as that bell rang, unlike him, who often worked far too much. It kept his mind of things that had recently started troubling him, and they weren't all related to this decision.
Turning to Flash to ask his opinion, Blake said "So, what do you think? Still against it?"
Flash nodded, saying "As always. Though I do wish you would decide already. Its annoying having to watch you debate yourself to death. Not to mention very boring." Sure it'd been tense the first time, but by the twelfth time being asked, it kind of lost its impact.

Michael walked in, a light covering of frost on his suit jacket, and a slight frown on his face. "Well, that was...let's say, interesting?"
Zinn followed behind. "I am always astounded that you find near-death experiences so entertaining."
Michael shrugged, a few ice chips falling off his sides. He then noticed someone else was actually here. Blake, the workaholic. Hardly surprising, but it was surprising to see that look on his face. Either he had hit a wall on something or he was in a serious bind.
Michael just looked at the poor man, now smiling weakly. "You okay, Blake? You got a look on your face like you're having some troubles. What's on your mind?"
Zinn just shrugged, looking at Flash appraisingly. Something was definitely up, but he was not about to do a thing about it. Not after just nearly being frozen to death.
Michael smiled. "Err, sorry if I was a little blunt. I didn't mean to pry, I just tend to worry when someone who actually does their job well looks bothered by something. Once a psychiatrist, always a psychiatrist," he said with a laugh.
He hated to admit it, but he was a little worried about the guy. Aside from Mizu'Mii, Blake was one of the few people he could actually rely upon in the labs, and as a field scientist, he needed all the help he could get sometimes.

Blake almost missed the entrance Michael gave, save for the fact he felt it get colder. Looking up from Flash, who did the same, he raised an eyebrow in surprise, as he was sure that he saw ice chips on his coat. "Ice chips? How did that happen?" Blake thought to himself. There probably was a story behind that, and he'd want to hear it sometime. Did he lock himself in the freezer or something? Still, he seemed to have seen Blake while he was brooding, and as such, asked him what was wrong. He sighed slightly, seeming as he couldn't just play it off, of and said " Oh, life's just acting up." Sure Blake liked the guy, but that didn't mean he actually wanted to let him pry into his life. Even if he was sure it wouldn't hurt, he just didn't feel like telling people his emotional problems. At least, he didn't feel like telling them right now.
Flash almost jumped as someone entered, head immediately rising to see who the stranger was, but relaxing when he saw it was just Michael. He wasn't as threat, at least he wasn't right now. They seemed to be on pretty good terms, at least a it went around here, even if Flash himself didn't know the guy too well. All that really mattered to him was that he wasn't going to threaten Blake, and while he prying, Flash kind of wanted him to pry. Might help him decide something different. Wasn't like he could do any harm, considering he was dead set on it. What could be driving him to do this? Flash himself was baffled, even after living with him for so long, and going though allt he stuff they did. What could drive him? It was a mystery.
"Its no problem. Life just acts up sometimes you know? I have to make some hard choices, which is never fun." Two things bugged him. One, he didn't like change. It was bad, it was unpredictable, and he didn't know what could happen. But even worse, he feared not changing. Staying the same was not an option for him, because who he was, well, was something he never wanted to return to. There was a chance he wouldn't, even if he didn't go though with the operation, but that didn't mean he could risk it. What if he relapsed? What if he went back into those dark spots, where he didn't know what he had done? He shivered slightly at the mere thought, that, and it was a bit chilly in here now that he thought about it. "The real question is, what happened to you? Lock yourself in a freezer or something?" It was driving him crazy trying to figure out how he'd gotten himself frozen like that. As well, it'd get the topic off him, and that blasted choice. He just wish he could get it over with, but he couldn't, he had to think it though, and talk to Mizu'mii first.

Michael nodded. "Yeah, it can do that sometimes. However, sometimes the decisions aren't half as meaningful as the reasons behind them."
He then blinked as a few more bits of ice chipped off of him. "Oh, just attempted anger-management therapy on a very irate young Glalie" he said with a smirk. "Honestly, he's getting better. I don't need to wear body armor or thermal shielding any more," he said walking over to his desk.
Michael sighed. "So anyhow, you want some cocoa or something? I need something warm after that little burst of cold, and unfortunately," he said with a chuckle, "There are no gorgeous women present, so a drink will have to do," he said as he pulled out a small plastic bag filled with brown powder. "You want some? It's home-made," he offered cheerfully.
Zinn sized up Flash. He didn't think he'd ever seen one of these things up close, but he was pretty certain he was an electric type. He smiled and sat down. "I'll take some tea. Do we have any blankets? I'm still a bit chilly from all that." He nodded at flash, his stoic face hardly moving. "Pleased to meet you. I'm Zinn."
Michael nodded as he made the cocoa. "So what's this about a big decision? Considering moving higher up in the command chain or something? Sometimes it helps to bounce ideas off each other, yeah?"

As Mizu'mii walked down the hall towards the lab, her Flareon, Tsuki by her side, held a small manilla folder with some tabs sticking from the top of it in her mouth as she stopped and placed the folder on the ground. {"Mizu'mii, I would like to let you know that I over heard some grunts talking about our DNA stock. Would you like to go over it before or after we head into the lab?"} Mizu'mii stopped and looked over at Tsuki she took the folder from her and opened up a tab glancing at some paper work.
"Hm... I see... Oh well." She closed the folder and held it to her chest. "We'll just have to deal with what we have and if we don't have any that we need then we'll send someone to go get some more." The Flareon hasten to her side and stood in front of her. {"I thought we had to ease up of experimenting!?"} she said making sure of her actions. She knew that Mizu'mii wasn't allowed to construct experiments just willy-nilly. She needed an legitimate reason so she wouldn't waste any materials.
"Well, now that you mention it. I can construct a new type of virus... maybe a vaccine for a virus I could give to Pokemon. Controlling their eternal systems causing havoc in nature and running wild attacking people and Pokemon alike..."
{"And then what will be the purpose for all that?"} Tsuki interupted. "I never thought I would have a purpose... It was just a thought don't be so over-caring." She began to think about morphing and splicing Pokemon again, she wanted to go back in the lab she wanted to play with Lu-Lu but she wasn't sure if she had absolute permission to bring him out. After all, he was hers and she wanted to maybe train him a bit or maybe go out and catch some Pokemon. It's been a while since she's been out on the field. {" You know I've always wanted a sister..."} she said bouncing along Mizu'mii. She stood in front. {"Hey! You should go catch me a sister! Or a brother! Or a child!"}
She hasn't seen anyone one of her colleagues in a while, but after that bell sounded most people wished to leave the lab. Mizu'mii's place was the lab and couldn't be without it for a split second she would create another idea and either write it down or get to constructing on it.
As she made her way to the Lab the door opens, she saw two men whom she have both become acquainted with, Blake a lesser scientist and Desaito the shrink. Both were people she would call her friends but she knew in the working hours she considered everyone either their respective authoritative superior, or inferior subordinates.
"Why hello Blake and Desaito. What exactly brings the both of you together here?" she said as the Flareon made her way into the room first analyzing the Pokemon present. She didn't like most of them, but that was just because she was snobby at times.

Blake chuckled as he heard the story behind the ice that was coating the psychiatrist's coat. That was just crazy enough to believe in all honestly, considering his occupation and the people he was working with. Ninety percent of people here were unstable in some sort, or at least thats the kind of people he seemed most likely to run into, and having to deal with them all, not to mention their pokemon and the morphs, many of whom were experimental, had to be rather exciting. Then again, you didn't join Pravus science if you were adverse to having "fun" in the laboratory. For some reason lots of odd things happened around this place, and you got used to most of it, but some of the more experimental pokemon were-to be honest- rather, unique. It'd been last week when he'd gotten his left leg spiked, that had been fun. Luckily it'd stopped by the second day, but he'd had quite the time explaining why he was dragging his left leg around. "Why is it that doesn't surprise me? Anger management on a Galie, that had to be exciting."
Still, he nodded when he asked if he wanted cocoa, and said "I'm not sure how you plan on getting it, but if you make it, I wouldn't be adverse to a cup." It did feel rather cold now with him coming in and all, and besides, whoever didn't like hot cocoa was probably meantally unsound. Sure, perhaps he was biased from warm childhood memories, but hot cocoa always made him feel better. He liked that warm feeling. It also reminded him of times spent by a warm fire, with his dad. He missed his dad. And as well...those times.
Which brought him right back to those memories. And the painful decision he was going to face now. He had to deal with one thing, and that was his impending switch. Or not switch. He had no idea if he should follow though, and it still hadn't cleared up for him. There were so many choices; so many ways this could all turn out badly. Yet thinking about hot cocoa had reminded him of those times, a blurry hazy memory of just trying to stay concious. Times that reminded him just why he wanted this change. He couldn't remember them at all, just fuzzy feelings, but those feelings, they scared him.
A sound jerked him out of his thinking, he was asking if he was thinking of moving higher up. "Yeah." He said, faintly, mind still on other things. Mainly, staring at the ground, and wondering what he was going to do. Then another sound made him jump, as the doors opened, ushering a new person. Mizu.
Why he was surprised to see her, he wasn't sure, but he did know that seeing her brought the burning question all the more to the front of his mind, withering away the wishy washy contemplation he was in. She was a morph, so why shouldn't it work out for him just as well as it had for her? She looked fine, very fine actually, so he likely wouldn't get disfigured. She was smart, so not likely would he lower in intelligence, and that was something that was important.
"I've just been working myself. Helps me to think about things." A shake of his head helped to clear all sense of foggyness out of him, as he shook all over, finding himself in need of a good shake. "What brings you here, if I may be so bold as to inquire?"
Flash looked at the first pokemon that came in, and nodded, saying "Hello." Curt, clear, and in no way uncivil was the policy to go, and since he wasn't feeling rather talkative, there was no reason to branch out. Last thing he needed was some sort of fight to start off some imagined offense, just because the pokemon over there wanted to fight. Then the flareon came in, and he gave a nod to it, respectfully. The respectful nod was for the main reason that he was so outclassed by the pokemon it hurt. There was no reason to be anything less than extremely respectful and honorific to the pokemon, when it could likely beat the tar out of you without breaking a sweat.

(OOC: I'm sorry for taking so long, I've had a rough few weeks with this blasted comp)
Michael just nodded. "Yeah, he was a rather excitable little fellow. I'm just thankful it wasn't a group session--those are the real challenges," he said with a smirk. He then walked over to what looked like an old canister of fuel or something on his own desk, pulling out some coffee mugs.
Zinn just nodded. "That 'little fellow' is nowhere near stable enough for group conditioning." He then sighed as he got out some saucers while Desatio played a few knobs on the console, causing hot, fresh cocoa to pipe into the two cups.
Zinn looked over at Flash. "You want some?"
Desatio then raised his head as Mizu'Miis entered. Gorgeous as always, he thought to himself as he smiled towards her and Mizu'Mii. "Oh, just thawing out after my last interview. Either of you like some cocoa? I've got a few more spare mugs. Or saucers, if that's easier," he said as he nodded to both the canine pokemon in the room.
He then listened to both of them talk. He knew something was on Blake's mind, and it was bigger then he was letting on.
Zinn would have been screaming right now if he weren't Zinn. All the repressed energy in Blake's system, whatever was wrong with him, it was screaming to get out. Then there was Flash, who was being highly protective, for whatever reason. And now, to complicate things, was Mizu'Mii. Looked like whatever Blake needed to get out of his system, it wasn't going too far tonight.
He nodded towards Tsuki. "Tsuki, right? nice to see you again."

[OOC: I haven’t posted in forever and a day. I am sowwy.] She knew from the looks that she received that she was noticed. It would have been utterly rude for them not to notice as a lower level of their organization. ”Well, ‘working on something’ is a very vague term. Specifically what are you working on Blake…? Or are you contemeplating on something?” she said in her velvet-like tone, he seemed as if he ramble the questions out. She slunk to the side of a desk in view of both men and Tsuki followed and jumped onto the desk sitting down on the desk looking at Desaito. ”Eh me? I’m just here because I feel I should be able to visit my lab. It’s not like I’m going to do something to harm humanity now will I?” she spoke with a sly smirk. Tsuki nodded to Flash with a ‘how-do-you-do’ manner. She was feeling lighter than air today; maybe she would go out and fight or help Mizu’mii catch a Pokemon.
{“Hey Desaito, feeling kinda cold? I can help you out if you would like…”} Tsuki said with an evil smile as she braced herself for him to say yes. I mean it was her job as a fire-type to warm things up. And when it came down to helping her ‘mother’s’ friends then she was obligated to carry out such a job. Besides Mizu’mii being a morph made it so that she is never cold, she would never know the feeling at least. Which could be a bad thing then…But it wouldn’t matter as of now, she had bigger things to worry about. Like her next decision to maybe insert a type of controllabe virus and vaccine.
”Actually coca sounds nice right about now. I could drink it in a mug right about now. Tsuki won’t have any cocoa because she’s a bit more hyped up then usual.” With this being said Tsuki slumped onto the floor a bit sad now that she couldn’t have any of the cocoa. Tsuki glanced up at Zinn, she nodded her head in the same manner she gave Flash. It wasn’t to be taken as too informal but alas Tsuki thought all Pokemon and their partners were in lower rank than her and Mizu’mii, even though Mizu’mii reminds her that arrogance will get her no where.
Mizu’mii looked at Desaito carefully, “What’s with interviewing an angry Glaile without a suit? I could have lent you a freeze-proof coat.” she asked a bit worried about how men think. She didn’t ultimately know everything about men but she was close. After all, male Pokemon aren’t different from there human counterparts so it could be very simple to compare both of the two ‘different’ populations together. And most of the time both populations act alike, more like a monkey-see monke-do thing. She came to a conclusion, males are weird. ”Speaking of which, Blake, do you have anything constructive to show me? In other words what are your current projects what are you working on right now? she glanced over at him with the eyes of a tempting snake.
