Well, it was brought up that the rangers don't seem to have missions much. Thats sort of a problem for everyone, and hasn't really been addressed. So! I decided that I would make a mission template, and put it up here. YOU ALL NEED TO COMMENT! If you dont say anything, this will the the format you have to use! So, if you want to change something, say so! So, without further ado, the template as of right now.
Mission: Resettle!
Rank: Depends on stage
Stage one, convince: Anyone, open to all ranks
Stage two, guide and guard: no set rank, though Pokémon leveled above thirty is highly suggested, as to deal with any threats along the way
Stage three, build: Anyone with construction experience, or willing to do physical labor.
Details: Nada Citadel is full to bursting with citizens, and with overcrowding comes fighting, and crime. Our goal is to rebuild a city somewhere out in wilderness, as to relieve stress, and not only that, but create a group of people loyal to the rangers.
Objectives: Stage one: Convince a large group of people to leave their homes, and start afresh. ((In reality, convince about ten people to join, and then they’ll convince people, and bring their families, getting enough people.))
Stage two: Guide people to the settlement area safely. Be prepared for anything that might be thrown your way. The route will be though several territories, and anything can happen during the escorting.
Stage three: Build the town, with defenses, and then help train a group of people so they can defend themselves against most common threats.
Minimum number of posts to complete:
stage one: Convince ten people, however long that takes, minimum of 2 posts to convince someone.
Stage two: 15 non battle posts + battles
Stage three: 20 posts.
NPCs controlled by Moderators: Hank Longdren- Main settler, will help guide in stage two, and build in stage three. Has two pokemon, level 40ish.
10 generic settlers: just people you have to convince in stage one.
# of RPC's Participating:
Stage one: 3 people
Stage two: 4-7 people, depending
Stage three 5-6 people.
Reward: Stage one: 1 rare candy for ever person you convinced.
Stage two: Double any experience gained in the battle threads, and one rare candy for each person.
Stage three: 3 rare candies, or a TM of person’s choice
In depth details: For each stage, once the Rper's have been agreed upon, the details will be posted.

Moderator corner!
Moderation needed:
Section one: Rping the settlers. How stubborn they are is up to you, they could convince easily, or take 20 posts to talk them around.
Section two: Once again, up to the mod. You could have a pokemon stampede, or a organized attack by a group of vicious fearow!
Section three: Just need someone to RP Hank telling them where/what to build, and how quickly.
Length:
Section one: at least 20 posts, though it can be longer if your having fun.
Section two: Any battle threading, be that as little or as much as you want.
Section three: 5 posts perhaps for the Mod, the RP'ers should be doing most of it.
Rewards are flexible right now, these are just ideas as of yet, just tell me what you think of A. Template, B. Mission in and of itself. The real details will be put up when requested by the rpers. So guys, hit me with every detail you consider important!
