Height: 5’1” slightly taller than average for his species, but still not bigger than most humans.
Build: Like any other Machoke, his regular exercise regimen of lifting cars and benching boulders makes him have the body that most bodybuilders can barely comprehend.
Other Appearance Information:
Will is not your typical Machoke. Even though he is large, he is prone to human habits: Most notably, he and most of his “crew” tend to wear clothes. The humanoid-shaped ones, anyhow. The ones who don’t still wear their symbols, normally through neckerchiefs, although rumor has it one electrode is attempting to tattoo himself.
Will wears the exact same uniform of the former leader, the man whose name he took. The uniform of the Gears has only one insignia, a simple gear-shape emblem, usually on the back of the uniform. Colors of the gear usually vary, but they tend to contrast with the color of the clothing. Will uses a simple grey and white pattern. Camo fatigues, grey boots, white tank top, and a fog-grey leather duster with the arms cut off. His gear insignia is painted in bold black, and he is usually sporting black sunglasses. He keeps two metal police batons in his belt at all times, unless he’s using them.
His other costume, the “White Ghost of Fantasma,” is a monstrous visage, clad in white robes, a hockey mask, and pounds of stolen hockey equipment in white. His hood conceals him perfectly, and the shoes add three inches to his height, making him look even larger and more ominous than before. He has already sewn in a place to hide his spare arms if and when he evolves.
Personal Related Information:
Personality:
William is a gang leader. He’s also a bit of a jerk. He won’t deny that. But anyone who he views as a trusted member of his crew, or even a good friend, he will defend. He’s blunt, honest, loyal, and cocky--and who could blame him? One of the things he genuinely admits is how helpful he is--in truth he’s one of the nicest guys out there, modeled after his trainer and mentor William the senior.
William’s other major trait is that he is the leader--he’s not a democratic man, and he doesn’t care what other people think once he’s given an order. He will talk and think before he acts, but once he’s set his mind on a course, Lugia and Mewtwo combined couldn’t sway his mind on the subject.
And despite the “big dumb brute” stereotype, William’s rather clever. He’s not a genius, and he doesn’t know everything, but he knows a hell of a lot. And he’s happy to know it. He is a fighter, and a protective man who protects his turf and all those who reside therein. That’s just a few thieves and refugees, but so be it. He’s Fantasma city’s main protector, and he’ll protect the rubble hole regardless.
He will go out of his way to help people in unfortunate circumstances, even if they’re not natives of Fantasma or even from Remoor. He’ll watch them like a hawk, but he’ll help them.
When he poses as the “White Ghost,” he’s just usually trying to make some money robbing people, or bust some heads for fun. He rarely talks in anything above a whisper, he just does his job and attacks. He doesn’t act as a Gear member in this get-up, just as some mysterious white figure with mammoth strength.
History:
William was bred for strength, and brutality. Raised by an unlicensed breeder, he can barely remember how many times he was sold and used as a cage-fighter before William “the Widget” bought him in a black market. He was a young Machop of about 6 at the time, but he responded well to William, who was the first guy to ever give him respect.
William was head of an organization known as the Gears, one of the toughest street gangs in Fantasma, and one that stuck around when Pravus attempted to seize control of the city by infiltrating its police force and gangs. William was targeted for a hit by Pravus on three occasions, and then Mewtwo came.
Even though Pravus didn’t have total control over the government at the time, They were able to move supplies and weaponry through Fantasma’s warehousing system. Unfortunately, due to its tactical position and usefulness to Pravus, Mewtwo quickly and remorselessly put together a taskforce to rip the city to shreds. By the time Pravus forces intercepted them, the battleground was already the city, and evacuations and destruction were eminent.
With most of Fantasma gone, the only people left were the poor, the squatters, the homeless, and the criminal. William woudln’t leave, even when Pravus refused to send support to a “dead city.” William Sr. ended up fighting in one of the battles, and was hit with a rock that collapsed from a building hit by a Forretress using flash cannon, killing him. William Jr. didn’t know if the Forretress was Pravus or a clone, and he didn’t care. He did crack it open like a walnut with his bare hands, though.
He fought hard, but Fantasma was in ruins, and the few refugees he’s gathered have begun to follow his leadership, and some of them who are strong enough to fight have become members of the Gears.
Unfortunately, the only way to get resources is salvage or theft, and the last thing Willy desired to do was make the gears a major target. So he decided to get some help from Amy creating a new visage--the “White Ghost of Fantasma”--to make a little money on the side to get supplies and tools for the ruined city.

Gender: male
Species: Abra
Age: 35, but he likes to act like a kid often, and no one knows his true age but him.

Personality:
Hype’s strange. Even by the standards of most Psychic Pokemon. Hype and Bill met when they both attempted to rescue Pokemon from the local pound when it started to collapse. Despite hype’s mediocrity at combat, his skill at teleporting and humorous demeanor allow him to live up to his name, fighting like a pro in spite of being a simple Abra.
The only other thing know about the cheerful, somewhat mysterious Abra is that he is never lacking for courage, and is always willing to play decoy or fight provided it helps someone else. He‘s good-natured, quick-acting, and even quicker-thinking.
Puck’s uniform when performing gang business--which is most of the time--is a pair of green toddler’s cargo pants cut and tailored to accommodate his tail. The pants are slightly baggy, held on by a belt and droop over his feet claws often. He doesn’t wear a shirt, but instead wears his insignia on the backhands of his green fingerless gloves, both gears being a deep, almost mystic looking purple.
His Alias is Screwloose.

Personality:
Buzzer was a main rival of Billy’s before the war, a lead fighter of a rival gnag known as the Crimson Skulls. Raised form an Elekid by their gang leader to be a ruthless and powerful fighter, His intense power and dedication were only matched by his ego.
When the war hit, all of the various gang leaders supported Buzzer being the one to guard the town, save for the few remaining Gears, who supported Willy. Buzzer agreed that the best way to settle this was to construct a series of test to determine who was the strongest, bravest, and smartest.
Billy won, and several people were shocked by Buzzer’s humble acceptance of the loss. If pressed on the matter, he’ll say that in all honesty, leadership isn’t his favorite job. Fighting is.

Billy smirked. "251...252...253...." he mumbled as he did reps Benchpresseing about 950 lbs. Nothing fancy, just a light workout before calling the next meeting.
He then toughtfully considered everythign that had happeened in the last few days. He had just scored a small fortune of supplies, and now as leader, he had to discuss how .
As if on cue, Buzzer walked in. "Bill, you in here you half-brained S.O.B.?"
Bill chuckled. "Yeah, I'm in. What's up?" He then smirked. Buzzer and him, regrdless of beign in the same gang, were still allies.
Buzzer sighed. "Listen, about this 'White Ghost' crap..." he began, frowning. "It's not like we can't appreciate the sentiment, but maybe you need some help. More cover, especially."
Bill sighed. "I'm not the White Ghost, Buzzer."
This time Buzzer rolled his eyes. "Listen, all I'm saying is that a little deflection could help 'him' out. It's not like there's a long list of people who can bench a bus or chuck themselves off buildings without pain around here. If you need a hand, we might want to consider building a second base of support for the White Ghost."
Bill nodded. "I'll keep it in mind," he said as he set the weights back into their racks. "300. Nice workout for twenty minutes, yah?"
"Not bad, but you should also work on your abs. They see any gut, they'll yell you're getting soft," Buzzer said with a laugh as he left.
