While in the other regions, folks with powers // mutations exist, it seems the toxicity caused by Remoor's war is amplifying that effect.
Now babies are being born with superhuman strength, and psychic powers. Babies are being found with gills or extra limbs. Many of these oddities die before reaching the age to use them--but not always.
Any who play a character with one of these powers MUST maintain a posting level of at least 300 words at all times.
It stands to reason that the older the mutant character is, the more control they have over their ability, as well as the idea of how much they have used their ability in the past.
Psychics
Most psychics of the pokeverse either have inherited it from a family member, or develop these skills on their own (although the latter is very rare). Human psychics are not powerful as their pokemon counterparts, but they do share the same skills. So far human psychics have been known to teleport from location to location, use telekinesis, levitate items the size of human bodies, create illusions, and transmute souls into objects (ex. Sabrina can shove someone's soul into a doll. Which is not creepy at all, by the way). Some lesser abilities is to foresee events in the future, and to read fortunes. You may only choose one of these abilities if you choose this ability. Psychics can train psychic pokemon easier than normal humans, but often share the same fears of bug and ghost types. Ghost types find it easier to posses human Psychics as well. Remember, if a psychic were to become a morph, their power could increase ten fold, so there is a difference in power between the two species. ( Example: Non-morph can lift a person, but a morph can lift a small house with telekinesis)
Disadvantages: With a Psychic character, you must take into account the user’s strength of mind as well as the targets. It stands to reason some people would be more resistant to psychic manipulation than others. Teleportation is also difficult. Longer distances require more energy. Also, Pokemon can only teleport their trainer/themselves. Human teleporters would have a more limited range as well as being limited as to the mass they can move. Psychics are basically lit beacons to ghost types searching for humans to possess. Psychics must constantly fight off ghost types forays into the mutants mind.
Human Psychics in Remoor (4 allowed):
Aura Guardians
Aura guardians have the ability to sense and control the power of people's aura. This ancient occupation of humans has long been forgotten, and only a few humans know about the aura guardians in history. These days, a few have been popping up, and those who try to learn about are far behind their ancient predecessors. They usually train their skills with a pokemon from the Lucario line, for they are the only non-legendary that can use aura skills. So far, aura users can read minds and memories, use telekinesis, project one's aura as an attack or barrier, or activate time flowers (You may only choose one of these abilities). Being a Lucario morph will not make their power increase or decrease because Lucario have a hard time working on these skills as well.
Disadvantages: People can resist mind reading and memory reading if they realize it is being done and have sufficient willpower (but do not abuse this rule if you are the one being looked into). Also, beware of people’s memories. An Aura Guardian must be able to deal with painful and traumatic memories. Remember, even memories can be extremely painful. Powers require a LOT of concentration and focus. The memories must also be easy to follow. Someone with ADD or has a hard time sorting through their own memories would not be easy for an Aura Guardian to look through.

Mediums
Mediums are people who can see the spirits of deceased pokemon and humans. They can easily attract these spirits to themselves, along with ghost pokemon. Ghost-types and spirits can easily take over a mediums body, and even inhabit it for long periods of time (while psychics will eventually cast them out). Mediums are well liked by ghosts and dark types, and seem to have better senses than normal humans during the night time. They can also act as an odd keystone for summoning spiritombs. Although being a ghost pokemorph would help when it comes to talking to the dead, they mostly the same in power. Ghost pokemon don't hang out with spirits that much to begin with, they just like haunted places.
Disadvantages: If Psychics are a lit beacon to Ghost types, Mediums are a magnet. If there is a spirit or Ghost type around when a Medium is open, then the Medium will be possessed. Mediums also are not nearly as apt at casting out outside influences as Psychics. Mediums’ minds are built for those otherworldly influences-it is extremely difficult to break off what is nearly part of your own mind.

Beings with superhuman strength/endurance:
People who train themselves in physical prowess over many years can achieve levels of superhuman strength. They can run faster, fight longer, and can easily kick a human through two brick walls. They command respect from fighting types, and usually wind up with one on their team. When you are this strong, pokemon seem like the only suitable things to spar with after all. Of course, becoming a fighting type morph will increase this strength even more, for most fighting types have stronger, leaner muscles. If you choose to be this sort of mutant, you must choose between superhuman strength or endurance.
Disadvantages: People with super-human strength, endurance, or speed, have one major issue. Human bodies don’t reach such performance heights for a very good reason. The stresses of such feats put a very large strain on the mutant’s body. As a result, a super-bodied mutant ages much faster than a normal human.

FINAL NOTE: Human DNA can only take so much meddling. So far, 99% of attempts to create Pokemorph mutants has resulted in subjects with very high power potential, but with one major flaw. Many times the morph DNA and Pokemon DNA did not mesh properly, resulting in death for the subject. Symptoms were extremely similar to radiation poisoning-destroyed and wildly mutated DNA. The altered morph DNA, when combined with Pokemon DNA, makes the subject extremely vulnerable to cancer. Subjects died within as little as a week, the longest within six months. The only known successful result of a mutant Pokemorph is E.Nigma. It is thought that the success of Enigma was due to the many different strains of Pokemon DNA that was used. Theoretically Pokemon and mutant DNA could combine in a productive manner, as shown in Enigma, but as of yet, we lack the technology and knowledge of how to succeed in this venture.
Because of the cost of creating a Pokemorph, the basically guaranteed failure rate, and rarity of mutants, experimenting on creating mutant-Pokemorphs has been forbidden by Pravus.
