Just as the title says, You Know You’re Addicted to Remoor When…

1. Someone 600 miles away has a stomach ache and ends up infecting you and 5 others somehow through the internet.
2. Your essays are speckled with and .
3. You double space after every paragraph.
4. Never use the tab button, it doesn’t work in Remoor-land.
5. You don’t notice the last 3 items until halfway through your essay, if you notice at all.
6. More time is spent on this site then sleeping.
7. You ask computerific friends how to get around school firewalls just so you can access the c-box at school.
8. People have names like NomNom, and Jareth, and WhiteSong, and ElusiveSerenade, regardless of gender.
9. VAG means something to you.
10. School assignments, especially short stories, end up bearing strange resemblance to Remoor plots, characters, settings, all of the above.
11. You notice every time your character’s name (Devin) comes up in a class, even when it is just the name of some psycho’s alternate personality.
12. You know what a Niggy-chan is.
13. Kerovin has meaning besides rhyming with a drug.
14. You can write 60,000 about something without any trouble at all.
15. 500 words is a short post.
16. When something good/bad happens to you, the first people you tell are in the c-box. Seriously, you don’t even know their real names but they know more about you than your parents. >.>
17. Break every rule of internet safety by chatting in the c-box about hometowns, high schools, phone numbers, ages, and real appearances.

1. Your conscious sounds an awful damn lot like one of your characters. That or you have a very agitated Kaine McAllister telling you to watch your language whenever you say something bad.
2. Making a post is more important then finishing your homework.
3. You stare at the wall during class and space out, thinking about what kind of room/house your character lives in.
4. Kerovin IS your much needed drug.
5. You FREAK. OUT. When a member even THINKS about leaving.
6. Checking your e-mail isn’t nearly as important as checking your PMs.
7. You realize you love small fonts. Because they make your posts look all the more bad ass when they’re really, really long.
8. You start having post-length wars with other members.
9. You start comparing your characters to your real friends and start thinking Devin will forever be hotter then that-guy-over-there.
10. You make an AMV involving Remoor and all it’s characters. And you make sure that it takes a really, really long time to do. And you make the song epic. Cause Remoor is just THAT awesome.
11. The C-box is your new Aim. MSN? What’s that?
12. You realize that you’re a Pokemon addict and don’t care.
13. You start making SOUNDTRACKS full of uber awesome songs for plotlines and characters. And then you make a suggestion that all of Remoor should just have a flat out soundtrack for itself.
14. You swear to God or whomever will listen (normally people in the cbox) that you would kidnap/abduct/stalk them if they threaten not to post.
15. Other people start talking to your characters as if they were real.
16. You buy video games based on preferences of buddies in the Cbox.
17. You want to do a Remoor Halo 3 Team on the X-box 360 and kick everybody else’s ass, making them bow to Remoor-goodness and power. Smile. You’ve been pwned.
18. You dare to make plans for a Remoor convention. And you don’t consider them ever being stupid.
19. You admit it. If the characters on Remoor were real, you would crush on them. Maybe rape them when they aren’t looking. xD
20. It isn’t odd to have a 7’2” character. Even if that seems jarring in real life and something to gawk at. We loves it here.
21. When you say to everyone in the cbox that you want a cookie. And they all give you one and for some strange reason, you are so gosh darn happy. Even though you can’t eat it, you swear to god it tastes good.
22. You can keep up with what happens in the cbox, even when it’s running 95 posts per hour, maybe more.
23. You are addicted to some couple on Remoor. It doesn’t matter which one. Maybe all of them. And sometimes all you do is come up with story ideas on how to keep them together.
24. You start recognizing everybody not by their usernames. But by their icons. And you get all confuzzled when they change.
25. You can’t just up and post. You have to ask your characters first. And you actually say, “Hey. Kaine. You up for it?”
26. Your roomy looks at you funny in the middle of the night when you bust out laughing. You were watching the cbox.
27. Screw your textbooks! The people on Remoor are better writers and you read their stuff more than yours.
28. You become a ninja so that you can sneak on the computer even when you’re grounded.
29. Your first excuse just to see Remoor again is, “I have homework to do on the comp” when your parents won’t let you on.
30. The refresh/join button in the cbox is a MUST.

1. When you use the c-box and the Chat boards to edit poems and short stories instead of using the Writing Center in the ultra-cool library on your college campus.
2. Conversations having to do with sex, video games, rare blood disorders, and how to best apply for college and get scholarships are completely normal.
3. Yet someone always manages to come in at the wrong moment and take the innocent conversation to a completely dirty level.
4. You go to the c-box first for relationship advice.
5. Pokethropes has meaning besides being a typo for ‘Poke the ropes.’
6. You like music artists/manga characters for their physical similarity to your characters.
7. You have a 175 song long playlist for a plot.
8. Friday night is a perfectly respectable time to spend hours not out partying with friends, but huddled over the c-box, anxiously waiting for the next KainexSkie AU post.
9. There is a pool going on about how long it is until someone else joins the ranks of the addicted.
10. You can discuss certain things *ahem* becoming a woman *ahem* and not feel awkward. I think it’s because most of us are girls, but still.
11. Deep and meaningful conversations about religion, politics, and the problems that face our world’s youth are most common after 10 PM.
12. You ponder naming your firstborn after Cecilia the c-box.
13. Your pets are named after your favorite Remoor characters.
14. Squid sex is a valid conversation topic.
15. Your muse is very ‘creative’ with its gender.
16. Peeps hold new meaning other than being a hallmark of Easter.

1) Remoor is the roleplay site you've been on the longest. Period. Sure, you join others here and there to get rid of a craving and to see if it might stick--but Remoor? You always come right back to it.

2) Whenever you write something else, something non-Remoor related, Remoorian characters still weave their way into the storylines. Different appearances? Different names? Doesn't matter. That's still Jake. And that one's...yup. That is definitely Kaine. Oh and hey it's Skie! Making out with the Kaine guy?
No way. |: Shocker.

3) You start wondering what Remoor's themesong would be if it had one. And you picture it being just as epic, if not more so, as Lord of the Rings.

4) When you're watching TV, you sometimes ask yourself "Hey. Would that dude make a good live-action version of *insert character-name here*?"

5) People you've met on Remoor end up being like, your freaking best friends.

6) You get freakishly attached to the characters. You choke up when something bad's going on in their lives, squee a fangirl squee when the love of their life returned their feelings, and freak out or get chills down your spine when they decide to murder their best friends.

7) Whenever you're in a grocery store, and you pass by the dairy/yogurt section, and spot the Danimals, you go all "Nawwwww D: " or something like that.

8) You picked up your old Crystal game and when you went to the Pokeball-maker dude you went all "Pft, McKenna could do better than this shit *scoff*" and feel all superior for a second.

9) You dream of Remoorian characters in whole other worlds that have nothing to do with Pokemon. But it's them anyway. And it's awesome. Alternate Universes ftw.

10) You tried a new coffee-thing at Starbucks 'cause Kaine and Pheno both said it was good.

11) Even your sister brings up Remoor, even during family trips to giant malls three hours from home. "Look at that giant candy display. I bet Kaine'd buy Skie that for her birthday huh?" "...Pfffffft I bet he would."

12) You don't go a single day (Not one. Single. Day) without thinking of Remoor.
